Chairman, Ward Mazzucco, called the meeting to order at 8 PM.

Lewis Brey was appointed to serve as substitute secretary in the absence of Michael Thompson.

David Box, having been previously recommended by the Vacancy Committee, was unanimously approved for membership on the RTC.

Minutes of the meeting of October 6, 2008, were unanimously approved.

Minutes of the meeting of November 10, 2008, were unanimously approved.

The treasurer's report was unanimously approved.

Katie Rook was unanimously selected as a justice of the peace, should a vacancy arise.

The following schedule for meetings in 2009 was unanimously approved:

  • February 2
  • March 2
  • April 6
  • May 4
  • June 1
  • July 6
  • August 3
  • September 14
  • October 5
  • November 9
  • December 7

John Shaban reported on the meeting of McCain chairs.

There was a discussion of the incumbents and candidates for the 2009 municipal race.

Frank Taylor agreed to serve, in coordination with the Publicity Committee, as the manager of the RTC web site.

There was a discussion of campaign information from the meeting of Fourth District chairs.

There was a discussion of fund-raising for the upcoming municipal elections.

A motion to adjourn was unanimously approved.
