The Chairman, Ward Mazzucco, called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM.

A vacancy committee, consisting of Ward Mazzucco,
Gerry Casiello, and John Shaban, would appoint alternate delegates in
the event a regular delegate is unable to attend.
Minutes from February 26 meeting were approved.
Treasurer's report by Gary Miyashiro:

We have $2994.92 in the RTC bank account

Approximate net from the Kudlow event is $1600.00.
Officers of the Redding Town Committee:
The slate of Redding Town Committee officers,
Chairman, Ward Mazzucco Vice Chairman, Julian Kien Treasurer, Gary Miyashiro
Secretary, Burdin Hickok was approved unanimously. The Publicity Committee
was asked to issue a press release on the new officers.
Burdin Hickok:

Review of the Kudlow event. General response was positive.

Update on the RRTC website.
Vacancy:
-
The RTC voted unanimously to recommend John Shaban to the Board of Selectmen
as an alternate to the Zoning Commission.
Hank Bielawa's campaign:
-
Motion made and passed for the RTC to donate half of the net proceeds
available from the Kudlow event to Hank's campaign immediately before
the March 31 reporting deadline.

Update on fund raising event for Hank at Linda and Bob Koch's home on
May 21. $60 for individuals and $100 for couples. Need volunteers to
address envelopes in early April; contact Julie Gorman.
Key club:
Norma Riess urged all who can to donate to the
State GOP. Motion was made and accepted that the RTC purchase a Key Club
membership for $500.
Tom Derderian reminded all and urged as
many as possible to attend of the Town Meeting to be held April 15 concerning
approval of the underage drinking ordinance that has been publicly supported
by the RTC.
Committee assignments were available at the end
of the meeting.
Meeting adjourned at approx. 9:45PM
