CAUCUS

Chairman, Ward Mazzucco, called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM.

He appointed a rules committee and asked Dick Emerson to be the chair.

1. Upon unanimous vote, Ward Mazzucco was elected temporary chairman of the meeting.
2. Upon unanimous vote, Burdin Hickok was elected temporary secretary of the meeting.
3. Dick Emerson's committee recommended a set of rules, which the caucus unanimously approved.

The purpose of the caucus was to recommend a slate of candidates for the positions of Registrar of Voters and Justices of the Peace.

• Registrar of Voters:

  • Doris Noles was nominated and approved unanimously.

• Justices of the Peace:
  
  Nominees are the current office holders:
  
  • Henry Polio
  • Henry W. Bielawa
  • Dorothee H. Funk
  • Patricia J. Moisio
  • Katherine Rook
  • Thomas M. Sullivan

All were approved of unanimously.

Following the caucus, the chairman adjourned the meeting at 8:15 PM.
